Ingredients: Baby Bella mushrooms Breadcrumbs Pecorino cheese Olive oil 2 garlic clove Salt and pepper Parsley Mozzarella Directions: Sauté mushroom stems with garlic and olive oil. Add breadcrumbs, olive oil, pecorino and salt and pepper. Mix until wet and combined. Add a cube of mozzarella in each mushroom. Stuff the mushrooms with breadcrumb mixture. Drizzle olive oil on each mushroom. Bake at 400 for 20-25 minutes. #italians #stuffedmushroom
