Most people are applying way too late. The LinkedIn job search hack: Go to LinkedIn Jobs and search for software engineering roles. Click “all filters” and set the date posted to “past 24 hours.” Then go up to the URL and look for `86400`. Delete it and replace it with `3600`. `86400` is the number of seconds in a day. `3600` is the number of seconds in an hour. Now LinkedIn will show you roles posted in the last hour. This is one of the best ways I’ve found to catch jobs before they get flooded
