Eggs: 5 eggs 1/4 cup soy sauce 1/4 cup water 1 tsp sugar Add eggs to boiling water and cook for 7 minutes. Drain and place them in a bowl of ice water. Peel and add to a container. Pour in the soy sauce, water, and sugar. Add a lid and gently shake. Refrigerate for 30 minutes. In a pressure cooker, take 500gm mutton/lamb/beef (i used lamb shoulder) cut into medium pieces, add 1 small onion roughly sliced, 5 tomatoes, 2tbsp ginger garlic paste, salt to taste, 1/4 tsp turmeric powder, 1tbsp red chilli powder, 4-5 green chillies, 1/2 cup vegetable oil. Adjust the green and red chilly to your liking. I like my tahari pretty spicy 🌶️. 2. Pressure cook for 2 whistles a simmer for 20 minutes OR if you’re not using a pressure
