Every time a big event is shot on an iPhone, the tech community ends up in the same discussion: “But it’s rigged with super expensive lenses! So it doesn’t qualify as shot on iPhone!” The thing is, even tho the iPhone is rigged with external lenses, it IS impressive that it’s doing the job of another pro camera costing tens of thousands of dollars. Plus, they used 15 units of iPhone 17 Pro Max, and most of them were not using external lenses.
