First time baking with cinnamon chips, and I have thoughts…. I’ve honestly never used cinnamon chips before, but I’ve learned that they’re pretty common in the sourdough world. This loaf baked up beautifully, super golden brown, great oven spring, and the flavor was phenomenal.
