Java check-in: meeting a friend for a short walk with Banik along for moral support. Both of these dogs are nervous meeting new humans (Banik way less so than when he first arrived). Both are doing well as long as there is not alot of "pressure" to meet the human - ie face to face, trying to pet, etc. They both do better being ignored as there is no pressure to greet anyone. Let them warm up to the human IF they want to. The owners need to advoate for these pups (the owners know this concept). A
